Hi my name is Francesco Dell’Oso, I grew up in Pescara, Italy. The passion for food always ran through my family, every sunday lunch I was covered with flour watching my nonna making fresh pasta or gnocchi enough to feed the whole town.

Fran’s Private Kitchen has been created to open up peoples hearts to home made delicious food. Food from my nonna’s kitchen to different flavours of the world that i have mastered over the years.
